前回は餅入りのママ鯛でしたが、今回はしそ入りの子鯛。
こしあん(十勝産小豆)とつぶあん(丹波大納言小豆)の二個セット。
それぞれにシソが入ってます。
あんこにシソってちょっと珍しいですね。
これはアリかもしれません。
注文してから焼き始めたのでちょっと時間がかかりました。
焼きたての時はパリパリなんですが、冷めるとやわらかくなる・・・当たり前ですね。
ただ、その差が激しかったので。
